Use of CCT’s Marks and any link bearing CCT’s Marks may not indicate or create an impression that CCT will benefit from the sale of any good or service.

Use of CCT’s Marks and any link bearing CCT’s Marks may not be used in any manner likely to confuse, mislead, or deceive the public, or be adverse to the best interests of the CCT. Use of links bearing CCT’s Marks may only be used for the purpose of linking to the website as designated within the link.

Use of CCT’s Marks and any link bearing CCT’s Marks on websites which CCT finds, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable or which includes obscene, violent intolerant, tasteless, denigrating or sexually oriented content or materials is prohibited. CCT has the right to seek appropriate legal action to terminative any uses of CCT’s materials and content, CCT’s Marks and banners and links bearing CCT’s Marks in the event that CCT determines that your use does not conform to any terms and conditions of this Terms of Use or as provided elsewhere on the website; infringes any intellectual property right or other right of CCT or a third party, adversely affects CCT’s image, reputation or services or programs, violates any applicable law, regulation or ordinance, and/or is a prohibited activity.

CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTION: This Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India, without giving effect to conflict of law provisions of your actual state or country of residence. Any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection herewith shall be brought solely in India, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

REMEDIES: Please be aware that violation of CCT’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCT for any harm arising out of your wrongful and/or improper use of CCT’s website, CCT’s materials and content, CCT’s Marks and/or banners and links bearing CCT’s Marks.
